Quarry Splash Pad
Squeezing Watery Fun From Stone
An abandoned quarry plays host to a magical world of waterfalls, geysers and a water slide in the Southwest Regional Park Splash Pad. Located in an existing park, Williamson County’s latest splash pad answers a community call for relief from overcrowded area splash pads. The new addition brings water to life with a Hill Country theme of Texas springs and swimming holes. Large pavilions and smaller “birthday” pavilions sprinkle the site with opportunities to cool off from the hot summer sun and new gathering spaces for the park’s many visitors. The 8,000 s.f. interactive splash park also includes a slide, sandpits, restrooms and a concession stand providing additional amenities to guests.
