Mark’s professional career began in the public sector as a project manager and plan reviewer for major residential, commercial, industrial and mixed use development projects for the City of Phoenix. Mark has since expanded into the private sector managing major development projects through the planning, entitlement and site design process and joined RVi as Vice President in 2018. Mark’s professional expertise consists of overall project management, preparation of general plans, specific plans and planned area developments, zoning entitlement documents, technical research and analysis, master planning, site planning, subdivision design, and public involvement activities.
