Brad Sweitzer is a registered landscape architect and designs a variety of outdoor spaces - from master planned communities to urban environments. His area of expertise includes subdivision street pattern design, entitlement review, platting, and local code research. He has also spent time working on mixed use site planning, writing planned unit development agreements, preparing conceptual landscape designs, working on ROW condemnation projects, and GIS mapping analyses.
